Sunrise on the Prairie

Virgelle Merchantile B&B - a fantastically authentic old ghost town in the middle of a wide open river valley. The general store in the background was built in 1912 and the smaller buildings are genuine homestead cabins.

Last night we sat on our porch, deeply satisfied with our starry night. We had to stay up late to catch the dark... summer days are long here in the northern hemisphere.
